Processing Time
Each order is packed with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to process your order before it ships. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked “delivered.” If your package is lost in transit, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. If you need help, reach out to us at info@occidogallery.com.

Shipping Address Issues
Double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If there’s a mistake, contact us ASAP. Once your order is shipped, we can’t make changes or guarantee delivery to a corrected address.
